Dillon Precision Products, Inc. has a new policy that requires internet pricing, selling, and advertising of Dillon Precision Brand products to be at the Dillon Blue Press retail. In order to continue to give you, our valued customer, a better deal, we have implemented the following policies with regards Dillon Precision Products items which we sell:

• Orders for Dillon products that are over $320.01 receive free shipping in the lower 48 US states, and a generous shipping allowance everywhere else. This shipping allowance varies per order and is based on us shipping the same order to a ZIP in Ohio USA. Orders over $400.01 will also receive some free “spiff” items (your choice based on our spiff list).
• Orders for Dillon products that are between $0.01 and $210.00 are charged a flat $6.50 shipping charge for destinations in the lower 48 US states, and for orders between $100.01 and $210.00 receive a small allowance towards shipping for destinations outside the lower 48 US states.
• Orders for Dillon products that are betwen $210.01 and $320.00 are charged a flat $5.50 shipping charge for destinations in the lower 48 US states, and a small allowance is given for destinations outside the lower 48 US states.
• APO /FPO and similar military addresses will receive shipments according to the above schedule but only by parcel post.  Upgrades to Priority Mail can be made at additional expense.  (The next point about actual shipping also applies to APO/FPO addresses)
• For Orders for Dillon products that are between $0.01 and $320.00, if the actual shipping plus $0.50 is less than the flat rate ($6.50 or $5.50), then the actual shipping plus $0.50 will be charged instead. That means that if, for example, you order an RL550B conversion kit for $39.95, and the cost to mail it by first class mail is $2.11, then you would only be charged $2.61 for shipping instead of the $6.50 flat rate.
• Dillon HP1 hearing protectors always ship for free and for orders containing HP1 hearing protectors and also containing other Dillon items, the shipping for the other Dillon items is dependent on the total of all Dillon items not including the HP1, using the above Free/Flat Rate amounts. In other words, subtract the value of the HP1 out of the total order before calculating Free Dillon Shipping or $5/$6 flat rate shipping. 
• All shipping for Free or Flat Rate of Dillon products is by our choice of carrier, Fedex Ground/Home Delivery, UPS. DHL Ground, or US Post Office and will be by a ground or surface means.  Express shipping is available at an extra charge, with allowance given to what would have been free or partially fre ground shipping.  (ie, you do not pay the whole cost of Express shipping, just the difference).
• For orders that contain both Dillon and non-Dillon items, only the Dillon items are used to calculate the above Free or Flat Rate shipping and such shipping only applies to the Dillon portion of the order.  The non-Dillon portion will be charged shipping which is equal to the difference between what the Dillon part costs us to ship and the total cost of the shipment, plus the handling fee listed for orders on our Terms and Condition page.  What this means in plain English is, that since our non Dillon items are discounted and usually carry shipping charges, you will be charged shipping charges for those items. However, the shipping charges will only be the extra that is due to the non Dillon items. Ie, an order that weighs 25 lbs, 20lbs of which are Dillon, and 5lbs which are not Dillon, will be charged the difference between a 20lb shpiment and a 25lb shipment.  If the Dillon items alone would cost us (eguns.com) $15 to ship, and the 25lb shipment costs us (eguns.com) $17 to ship, you are charged the $2 plus whatever handling is due from the terms and conditions page, based soley on the non-Dillon items. This allows you to mix Dillon and non-Dillon items in one order and only pay an incremental shipping cost based on the actual weights.
• Items that are special ordered from the Blue Press by us for you, which are not Dillon items (and a couple which are Dillon labeled but which are considered by Dillon to be non Dillon items like the Dillon electronic caliper), do not count as Dillon items for purposes of shipping.  Also, Dillon calendars do not count as Dillon items.
