Order Process

Orders placed online will be reviewed for accuracy, and we will contact you by email, or phone, in case there are any questions. You can specify special orders, items not found online, etc, in the comments box found on check out. If you choose COD, check, or paypal, we will email you the total along with payment instructions.

We review, approve, and ship orders as soon as possible after placement. Some orders ship same-day, for in-stock merchandise and orders placed early enough to meet our shipping drop-off deadlines. For orders shipped by ground or express courier services (most orders), your will receive an email from the shipping/courier service with the tracking number and other information about the shipment. Our standard and default shipping courier service is Fedex Home Delivery for residential addresses and Fedex Ground for commercial addresses. For small orders that can easily and more cost-effectively be sent by the US Mail, we utilize that to save you shipping costs. Conversion kits, small accessories, flashlights, etc. usually ship as First Class or Priority Mail. US Mail shipment do not have tracking numbers, though they do have delivery confirmation numbers assigned to them.
